If you’re looking for a nice Caribbean beach- this resort is not for you.

Food was good. Rooms clean and comfortable. Pool area was clean and relaxing. Entertainment was great. The beach however was not very clean. Overall an excellent place to stay with friendly staff. Will visit again.

Pros: Overall, a great resort. The food is good, and I saw a lot of chefs from different cultures—even had short conversations with them. It’s mostly quiet and feels secure. Most of the staff are super friendly. Cons: I booked a room with two beds a month in advance, but when I arrived, I got one bed and a really uncomfortable pullout instead. This was definitely on them since all the two-bed ocean-view junior suites were already booked. They wouldn’t give me an upgrade either. I went back to the front desk four times to see if one opened up, but I was either told nothing was available or just ignored. I eventually gave up and slept on the floor. They also need to do a better job cleaning the corners and crevices of the bathroom. (Tip for the resort: I use a steam brush at home and it works wonders.)

It's a beautiful resort. Definitely gonna go back. Already been there twice, very clean, friendly and safe. They do some type of entertainment every day.

Most of the staff was rude and unfriendly. You had to walk and get your own drinks at the pool. Day one toilet was running water. Sheets were not clean on the bed and pullout couch. Day 2 after speaking w ppl there were no water bottles left in the room to get water(no plastic water bottles given out) housekeeping never showed up. Day 3 ok. Day 4 tv went out. Day 5 loss power on one side of the room after trying to blow dry my hair. Day 5 I was over it. The food was hit or miss. There were some staff members who were friendly and helpful but way too many who were not. I’ve traveled w my kids every year for my son’s bday and we were looking forward to this particular trip and this was just a bad experience for us.

The resort was magnificent. The food was amazing both in the buffet and the restaurants. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy to get to the airport. Highly recommend this as a place to stay in Jamaica.
