"Nice property, room not clean"

Very Nice and big property. Check in & check out was efficient. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room wan not clean, visible dust on all furnitures. Sands & dust on floor. Dust on amenities, body lotion tube was sticky. Did not feel like 5 star hotel. No mini bar in the room, there was an empty refrigerator. Complementary water bottles kept outside of the refrigerator. Buffet breakfast was ok, but not at 5 star standard. Pool umbrellas (all) were closed all the time had to ask to open as it was raining. Room is specious with balcony and ocean view. Provided water, coffee, tea, soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dental kits etc. property is nice but room is not clean and overall it is not at 5 star standard.

"Comfortable, cool and non-stress 2 night stay after a 2 week holiday on island"

Location is great if you're heading to and from the airport and need somewhere comfy to rest before heading out again. Room was very spacious and bathroom clean. Bonus having a pool and then the ocean a few feet away. Breakfast buffet very simple and nice.

"Friendly Fred"

Great place and great hospitality. We love Fred! He was so helpful and shared places we can visit in town. This was our first time in Samoa and it was the best bcuz of the friendly workers at the hotel. We will be back. ❤️❤️🇼🇸

Very peaceful, the breakfast was great. I wish our flight wasn't delayed from Fiji. We would've Enjoyed more of the property. Big shout out to the receptionist Line for being able to add a couple more hours for my husband and I to explore the beautiful views all around and the room we got, was great. We had the beautiful view of the beach. Will totally recommend and book again with Sheraton Hotel.
