Staff at 2am arrival were fantastic, they went out of there way for find us ice. Got help with bags, very friendly, & knowledgable. 30 Tala taxi/10 minutes from airport. Late check out here very handy for those late flights. Rooms clean, beds great & roomy.

The front desk staff only heard what they thought you said and not what you said. I asked for a ride to the airport at 8am and they kept saying 9 to me and I would correct them. The ride got there at 9:30 am.--an hour and a half after I had requested it to pick me up.

Beds were comfortable

The resort was nice. I got given 4 different prices and it wasn’t what I had on bookings.com. Long story short I got charged extra for no reason. My room was nice although I am disappointed because they had no shower amenities just empty bottles, fridge was small like it’s from temu, my water bottles don’t fit in it and it didn’t even work, I had two cockroach roaming about my room. Only reason I stay because it was closer to the airport.

"Sheraton Samoa"

Arrived approx 3am and had a lovely young man help check us in and take our luggage to our room. No lift so upstairs we went. Pool looked great and had swim up bat but unfortunately on both of our stays the week we were in Samoa the pool was closed which was disappointing. Has a small casino - take your passport with you! Nice gift shop on-site. Some nice cocktails and great pizza. Breakfast buffet was fantastic

Breakfast was fantastic. Beachfront was magical. Hospitality fabulous.

My hair accumulated on the bathroom floor and because i was there for two days it was not a great sight. This wasn't swept when changing the towels during room service. If i had a brush and broom in the room, i could have done it myself. I tried to pick it up with toilet paper, but in the end, had to just leave it.
