It would have be nice to know the pool was out of order .

the hotel needs major renno. Good management to keep the hotel running to international standards. We were there during the transition from Sheraton to Samoan resort. The last few days majority of the food was out of stock as sheraton didnt want to purchase. Such bad Customer experience.

We visited in the off season and the resort was very quiet. All the staff were very friendly and we loved all the facilities. We used the gym, had a couples massage, ate in every restaurant and enjoyed watching the waves on the sun loungers. The beds were the comfiest we stayed in and we loved our coconut welcome drinks! We were lucky enough to see a few turtles on our last day! Perfect location for arriving or leaving Samoa with just a $30 tala taxi ride.

We were sad the pool was closed but appreciate we were there in the off season and there was maintenance

the pool was getting maintenance done and was closed the whole time - we would not of stayed there if we knew and we were charged an extra 15% on the accommodation so that was disappointing

Can’t fault anything. Lovely staff, great food . Close proximity to airport not noticeable at all and handy to the ferry port.

POOR OFFERING FOR BREAKFAST. MANY DISHES ARE EMPTY AND NOT REFILLED. THIS WAS NOT A ONE-OFF, BUT DURING OUR ENTIRE STAY OF 7 DAYS

We stayed at Samoa Beach Resort as a family in an ocean-facing room and overall had a really enjoyable and relaxing stay. Room – ⭐⭐⭐ The room itself was comfortable, especially the bed which was very clean and made for great sleep. However, the walls and bathroom were quite tired, with visible marks and areas that could benefit from a deep clean. Overall, the hotel would really benefit from a thorough refresh and scrub. Restaurant & Food – ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great selection of food with plenty of options. Prices are what you would expect at a resort, which is understandable given the location and operating costs. We enjoyed our meals throughout our stay. People & Staff – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The highlight of the resort. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Restaurant and front office staff were always friendly, attentive, and willing to help, which made our stay truly memorable. Location – ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great location, especially if you’re travelling to Savai’i. It’s close to the airport and makes ferry access easy if you’re splitting your trip between islands. The beach was beautiful, and we were lucky to have some amazing sunny days — perfect for families. Overall, a lovely stay made special by the people and the stunning beachfront.

Wonderful stay. Deluxe room delivered on all levels, spacious and well appointed accomodation, very comfortable bed. All the staff were so helpful and attentive, service was on point during our ten night stay. Food at breakfast awesome, especially the egg options. Special thank you to the lovely girls who made tasty omelettes for us. Dinner also very good, wide range of choice to suit all tastes. Very safe swimming on the beach, loungers and towel service a big plus. Fun watching the crabs running about! The hotel has been unfairly criticised and it’s clear the team are working hard on the issues some people have highlighted. Thank you all again for a wonderful Samoan welcome and hospitality.

The location to the airport was only a 10 min drive. The grounds were nice . Big pool . Staff were really friendly

My room smelt of mould . The gardens need some attention. The footpaths to our room's etc were filthy with spilt drinks every where. They need a really good clean . The pool looked very murky .
