The property itself was satisfactory; however, upon arrival for check-in, we experienced a delay of nearly thirty minutes while confirmation of our payment was being sought. The staff member assisting us at the time appeared unsure and her manner was not particularly welcoming. We were subsequently referred to another staff member for assistance. I would like to clarify that the late check-in was not due to any issue on our part, as full payment was made in August via the Bank South Pacific account. To prevent similar situations in the future, it would be appreciated if the finance department could ensure all payments are properly confirmed prior to guests’ arrival.

"The AC was superb! The beds are not firm enough but that’s preference, gym and spa were all The way I’m the other block."

The pool, the beach next to it. The view and the staff were our highlight!! Super easy check in & check out. The AC & super close to the wharf and airport from arrival and departure to wharf was great.

The shower floor kept blocking when we showered. The outside of our patio area could do with a thorough clean, mould & bugs. Husband asked for broom and cleaned it himself.

Excellent resort. Beautiful location, views. Clean spacious rooms. Great pool and swim up bar. Lovely buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Kids menu for meals including ice cream.

Staff were lovely, location was perfect and my room was most comfortable. My massage at Manaia Polynesian spa was the best too. Had a great time relaxing here
