Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach - All Inclusive

I really liked the resort, it was the simplest of the 3 and it was still excellent. One highlight I noticed was regarding cleaning, very good and they do clean the rooms everyday. Food was very good. There are 4 restaurants, but only the samurai needs booking, I loved the walk in policy at the others. There are plenty of staff around the resort at all time. They were very friendly and attentive especially my concierge Roxanne, who will check on me from time to time or just to have a simple conversation about my stay.

This week was absolutely amazing. The food was perfect and very delicious, the staff was extremely amazing. Would totally recommend this resort and come back again and again. Concierge Roxanne was very helpful with everything we needed and very pleasant to work with.

We spent 5 day and 4 nights at the Iberostar. The stay was really great. It helped with our concierge Roxanne who was able to set up an access pass at the Selections resort so we could enjoy it for the full day and get steak and lobster for dinner. The facilities were clean and the staff super friendly. It was easy to get a chair by the pool each day and we wanted for nothing!

Our stay was short it was our first time at an Iberostar resort. We had such an incredible experience , exceptional staff! Especially Felecia! our concierge she was exceptionally thoughtful and professional. The food was fantastic, there was a variety of options to choose. The resort is very clean and beautiful.

We had a great time here for my parents bday! Thanks to the amazing chefs and staff! Many different things to do everyday to keep your entertained. Will recommend. Thanks Roxanne for your help!

All inclusive with very good food and drinks

I recently celebrated my birthday by treating myself to a stay at this beautiful resort, and I couldnt have asked for better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff at the hotel. Their attentive service made me feel right at home, setting the prefect tone for my special day. I loved the complimentary cake that was sent to the room. Big shout out to my concierge Roxanne your a wonderful young lady, keep we the excellent work.

We've chosen the Iberostar waves to celebrate our honeymoon. I wasn't disappointed at all. Upon arrival the staff were warm welcoming and enthusiastic, I loved that. The atmosphere was very clean and well maintained. When we entered the room the view was awesome from the balcony. The food at the Jamaican and Japanese were delicious and simple mouthwatering. I told my concierge Roxanne what we're celebrating and asked if the hotel would do something special, the next day we received a bottle of champagne on ice. We appreciate her and the others working along side her wholeheartedly. We summarize our stay in 1 word EPIC !!!

My husband and I had wonderful experience at the Waves resort. The staff are professional and friendly which is a great balance. No 1 talks about the weather and its just beautiful 😘😘 Roxanne our concierge was awesome, she gave us some hotel cash and told us that we should use it to buy some passes for the selection because my husband mentioned he would love to try the lazy river and the steakhouse.
