Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach - All Inclusive

Had a fantastic stay at the Iberostar Waves Rose Hall. The resort is beautiful and well-maintained, but the highlight was definitely the service. A special shout-out to concierge Felecia, who went above and beyond to assist. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and always had a smile. Thanks to her, everything was seamless. Highly recommended!

We recently returned from a wonderful holiday at the Iberostar Waves Rose Hall and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. Good food, the stunning visuals, the beautiful pools, the lush gardens, overall vibes were fun. Very relaxing ambiance, and the facilities were top-notch. We were very impressed with concierge Felecia who went above and beyond, made sure we were comfortable. Highly recommended.

We had such an amazing experience at this resort! The entertainment team truly made the stay unforgettable, they were friendly and full of vibe special shout out goes to our concierge Felecia who went above and beyond to ensure everything went well with our stay. check in process was a bit long Our favorite restaurant is the Buffet there was always some really good options to choose from, it was truly an amazing.

2nd time at the Iberostar waves with our 4 and 6 year old. They enjoyed the kids camp and the kids entertainment offered especially the splash pad. Our concierge Roxanne was so helpful and nice we appreciate all she helped she offered to us, to the other staffs I came in contact with you guys are great at your job and we can see they loved doing so.

Me and a few members stayed at the Waves for a business conference in Rose hall. I loved the fact that there is always someplace we can eat and some entertainment. It help having a concierge and Roxanne was ours, she was so helpful and always pleasant we appreciate all her efforts

The best girls trip ever. Me and my 3 friend picked Jamaica for our 1st and it was just magnificent. We hit up the night club and it was pure fun. Shout out to Roxanne at the concierge desk she really adds to the vacation. Iberostar your staff are exceptional and great at what they do.

It was a very clean, comfortable and bid environment, rooms and lobby. Staffs are super helpful and always ready to assist with every little thing. Our concierge Roxanne was there for us right throughout our stay to assist us, sometimes I joked and asked if she stayed on property. I enjoyed the Jamaican and Smokehouse. We love the Iberostar family and enjoyed our stay yhere One love guys 💕💕💕💕

We had an amazing time at the resort, its truly a beautiful place with friendly staff and fantastic amenities. However, the check in process was long, we arrived around 1pm but didn't get our room till a little after 4 after making several checks with the front desk. That said the situation was handled professionally. Once we were settled in, everything was top notch. The room was spacious, clean and had incredible view. The food, beach and pool was great. Roxanne from concierge was our girl she took care of us and had the warmest personality. Hope to see you when we return again 💗💗💗

Whilst there is always room for improvement lets not downplay the positives. Iberostar you aim at providing quality and you did just that through the selections of your staff.. Our concierge Roxanne was kind, informative and very hilarious while maintaining professionalism and I loved that. So many food choices to choose from and entertainment kept us entertained. I pray for another opportunity to celebrate with you guys again. Keep up the remarkable job, you're all appreciated.

I never been to Jamaica before but my husband has and this was the best vacation ever!!! We did not want to leave, the staff are amazing! We check in and went to the beach it seems some sort of beach Olympics was going on which was very entertaining then we made our way over to the jerk hut the chicken was delicious!!! The Jamaican restaurant was my favorite. All the activities were great loved the vibe at the foam party. Loved the place so much we joined the club so we will definitely be back!!! Special shout out to Roxanne at concierge and Racquel with the club we appreciate the call and text to ensure we made it home safe... You guys are like family! We will be back!
