Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach - All Inclusive

Aldin at the Waves Rose Hall Beach Hut Bar provided truly outstanding service during our stay at Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach. He was consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. His positive energy and genuine hospitality made every visit to the bar a highlight of our week. Aldin clearly takes pride in his work and went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Staff like Aldin are a huge part of what makes this resort so special. Thank you for making our vacation even more memorable!

We really came here with great hopes of a wonderful family vacation in a country still rebuilding after a hurricane. Initially they assured us the hotel was in great condition but upon arrival we see there are quite a few issues. For starters we were charged $2400 for two people in a ground level room with view of barbed wire courtyard and cement. I am sharing a room with my nephew because we’re here for my sister’s birthday. At the time of booking they told us there were no other rooms available and we had no choice but to share. However, when we arrived the offer for an upgrade was made to everyone in our party. The bathtub has rust in it and when you walk in the room the furniture shakes - and we’re not fat people! Everywhere you go there are yellow caution signs advising of some issue. The only good thing is the staff is pleasant wherever you go. If they hadn’t charged us double the price I may not have written this review but I hate feeling like I’ve been taken advantage of like I do here. If you want great value for your money, go elsewhere.

We had a fantastic experience. Beach and hotel was beautiful, and food was great. I wish we could have stayed longer. Felicia the concierge was very helpful in showing us the hotel and helping us plan dinners/excursions there.

The experience was amazing but the best of the day it was the food YUMMY congratulations to the chef’s Tavian and Charla -Kaye .

We cannot praise the staff especially the entertainment team enough (Too Short / V6/ Fresh/ Tiffany/ KK and especially Concrete) - they make the resort! A big shout out to Horace and all the other bar staff crew too 🙌🙌🙌. The waiting staff are exceptional too. We give 4* as the beach isn't as spectacular as the local Doctors Cave beach (however you need to spend $80 getting there + the entrance fee etc). We will be coming back to Jamaica - that's not in question.

Staff was excellent and cheerful, hotel was clean, room was spacious, activities was awesome. Beach resturant was the best with the Jamaican food! Enjoyed the stay and will be going back.

I think Iberostar can do more for the people trying to make a living selling stuff on the beach.......there is enough beach space where Iberostar can build little huts for them to sell their stuff, that way they are not walking up and down the beach and people can go to one location to buy things from the local. This way Iberostar is helping locals in the area, maybe have a market manager that rotates the local if there are many that want the stalls/huts. This will not affect your shop as you have more unigue and quality stuff in your shops

We stayed here last week and let me tell you.. all the negative reviews I’ve read on here makes me shake my head in disgust.. I’ll never listen to a review again after attending here.. it’s usually some old lady complaining that her ice cream wasn’t up to par (ice cream was amazing by the way) not only did we love the weather, beach, pools and food.. we fell in love with the people of Jamaica.. this was our first time In Jamaica and I didn’t expect the people of Jamaica to be so genuine.. as a guest you are treated like family. I’ve had many trips across the Caribbean and the people of Jamaica are by far the best. Quick shout out to Ashenique our maid who made our room livable again after my messy wife completely destroyed it everyday with all her woman essentials and baby toys.. respect to iberostar and most importantly the entire staff who have a special place in our hearts now.. love them so much I became an Iberostar member … Peace Love and respect! Ya mon!

My 1st time Jamaica but not my 1st Iberostar, and this 1 seems to be my families favorite. We were in awe from the moment we arrived, the staff their are really friendly and genuine. Our concierge Roxanne hook us up with the Japanese restaurant and gave us some information that turned out very needy especially since we had a teen and a toddler. We had so much fun we will definitely return
