I like how the front desk staff are always willing to help

Only thing missing on the property was a gym, that was the only let down.

Perfection, pool was perfect location next to beach. Didn’t have to walk far to restaurants or restrooms. Literally the perfect place!!

The pushy sales for the membership, not a good experience at the end but I learned a lot from the tour. They should not put those sales associates on commission like that.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The food & accessibility of various shop is a major help for first time travelers.

I like the simplicity in the designs and the color scheme as well as the fact everything is free and they’re very accommodating. The bus boys are very attentive , and also the waiters in the buffet. The pool is warm and the jerk pork was excellent and juicy. I especially love the buffet and how the chocolate cake wasn’t as sweet and i love that they had fresh coco water and u can even ask for it to be cut to eat the inside. I fell in love with this hotel and i would like to go back there on my next trip. One thing i do have to say, it’s confusing and tricky to locate ur room when returning and the elevators was quite difficult for me to find, maybe it was just me but my mother said it was ok for her. The male waiters were more attentive than the female. I even got some Jamaican version of a breakfast, and it made me feel right at home. I didn’t want to leave. The security guards are very strict at the gate with bringing in a guest, which is understandable and u cannot carry any plate from the buffet, so just to warn anyone who is staying. They even have a ice cream shop that is part of the package and u get free ice cream, the lady there was nice and her colleague was funny, those two really made ms feel like i was at work getting the work done and keeping up that service while still laughing and bickering (in a friendly way) with my colleagues. I even made me miss work a little. The guest service does an incredible job as well attending to us.

I didn’t like the confusion of locating my room and the elevators.

Both days and nights entertainment were So So. We waited an hour or more to be served at one of the restaurants as they were short staffed. We returned to our room about 4pm and it was still not cleaned, as they were short staffed.

The environment was cool and fresh

Some staff were unprofessional and came off rude. I did not like my room. The room was a little musty, iron wasn’t working properly, iron board was old, limited plug to plug devices. The food wasn’t the best either and limited choices . I’ve been there before and things were way better
