Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach - All Inclusive

We really enjoyed the Micheal Jackson experience, glow pool party, and accessible location. It’s 20 minutes from the airport and it was clean.

That you had to make a reservation for the Japanese restaurant.

Everyone was so sweet & helpful and the place was beautiful!

I liked everything , only thing I didn’t like was the key cards locked everytime they touched our phones.

The staffs were very respectful and professional. They were all amazing.

My name is Florizel Smith, my wife Elain Hamilton and i stayed at the Iberostar wave in Montego Bay Jamaica, we checked in march 20th and checked out April 3 2026, this was an awesome experience from start to finish. The warm welcome by the staff members on our arrival was an indication of what was to come. Even though all the staff members were professionals in executing their duties, we must make mention of some individual names that stood out: We will start with Sandy (aka sandy beaches), and Avoun who works at the club membership department of which we became members, they are like family……..true professionals, they go above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Then there is luckesha (I do hope that my spelling is correct) who works in the wave lobby, she is exceptional. Then there is Candice and other In the dining room whose name I can’t remember now, also Marcus the chef at the Jamaican restaurant on the beach ( who we call the spoil boss because he always said he is going to spoil us with the treatment, which he does) also the female supervisor at the same restaurant who take our orders and assign seating…….professional. Then the bellhops Derron and Shane ……they go above and beyond to satisfy our needs. The entire experience was amazing and we will definitely return in the near future and we will also be recommending our friends to visit and get some of what we experienced.
