Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach - All Inclusive

The staff was excellent and the room was clean i love the mixture of food choices

The entertainment for this property was the only thing enjoyed and the quick access to the beach , I will say there isn’t much to do if your looking to dance or listen to live music they offer 1-2 shows in Calypso show room and I will say they were very good

The staff is rude seems to be a lot of misinformation within staff and customer service desk they are clearly not on the same agenda , I wasted a lot of time going back and forth because I was given wrong information on pricing , scheduling, shuttle times , reservations spa they will tell you one thing and do something else that was very disappointing for the price point , I was double charged for Spa service I paid at the spa and they also charged my room when I check out for the same service , the room was not the best either things were broken like the soap dispensers the water flow for the bathroom was drops of water making it difficult to brush your teeth and wash your face , when I first booked I was promised a bathtub I get there the room Was not ocean view and I did not have a bathtub then they tried to charge me extra for a ocean view room , the worse part was having to sit through 3 hours of people trying to sell you a travel membership for 25k only for some coupon for an excursion and I still had to pay 150.00 for the exursion overall my stay was frustrating and disappointed , will no longer be booking with Iberostar I wasted money and time glad to leave also cats and dogs roaming the resort and in restaurants my son thought he was gonna get bit by one sorry not a good experience, I also was denied access to a restaurant the staff was rude and refused to give us a table when other people were being seated we visited three times and got told no in a all inclusive .

The food was excellent, especially the Jamaican restaurant.

We were targeted for a membership deal that wasted time on our 2 day stay. There should be areas for the vendors to show their wares.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food served in all restaurants, including the buffet, was clean, tasty, and varied. The beach was nice and tidy with white sand. The property and pool area had a great ocean view.

Cockroaches were encountered in both bedrooms that we rented in the washrooms three times during our 5-day stay. Though this issue was encountered, the bedrooms were very clean. Though the property and the adjoining Iberostar hotels have beaches that appear to be private, one vendor on the beach was offering drugs and remained on the property after the issue was flagged to security. Security appeared to be lacking. Though the beach was nice, there were not too many people in the sea due to the large amount of algae in the water.

Beautiful style of layout, furniture, and d decor of communal areas , infinity pool is impressive! Food was good and variety of beverages. Staff were friendly and not overtly trying to get tips. They seemed happy with their employers.

Rooms were dated and needed refurbishment. Toilets need soft close lids. Rooms need to be sprayed for mosquitos daily. Poor lighting in Rooms. Needs proper ironing board, rather than half board. Balcony was small and not comfortable. Outdoor furniture basic and not comfortable. Flat roof outside balcony was being replaced during our stay. Workers outside balcony during the day. No privacy. View to ocean spoilt. Went along to hear talk on going Iberostar Club membership. Persistent hard sell, and when we still did not buy into the scheme, we were quickly dismissed and hurriedly shuttled back to Waves hotel.

I was in room on the1100 floor needs a little updates in the bathroom..and the water refill bottles Vevo was dirty please check before

THAT I HAD TO LEAVE I WILL STAY LONGER NEXT TRIP 3 DAYS WAS THE BEST REST.

O resort é excelente e atende bem para uma viagem com criança. Estrutura muito bonita, boas opções de comida e funcionários simpáticos. A temperatura da água do mar é muito agradável.

Muitas bitucas de cigarros na praia. Estávamos com uma criança de dois anos e isso não foi legal. Os funcionários poderiam fazer essa limpeza já que os hóspedes fumantes aparentemente não se importam. Outro episódio desagradável ocorrido foi no checkout. Pagamos a hospedagem em dinheiro no checkin e fomos informados que constava pendência de pagamento no checkout. Fomos liberados após a funcionária fazer algumas verificações. Outro ponto a melhorar é a exaustão de fumaça do restaurante principal. Todas as vezes que entramos nele no horário do almoço ou jantar a roupa fica inutilizável com cheiro de comida. Passamos a sentar na parte externa.

I liked the location the swim up bar and some of the staff were nice to me... I felt overlooked as people of other color and culture was being attended to by some staff because they will give tips

I didn't enjoy my dinner at the little river Buffet restuarant on mother's day... I guess it was because the theme was roast night plus some of the meal was a bit too salty... especially the oxtail and the curry mutton from the jamaican restaurant
