I was very pleased with the room. It was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Added bonus of complimentary tickets to nearby attractions as well as discounted tickets to another. Plus coupons to nearby restaurants and other attractions. I would definitely stay again.

We have been staying here for a few years each fall and love the experience. Clean comfortable room, wonderful pools and hot tub.

If you are looking for a throwback to the early 80's motel, this is for you. It was such a delightful stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a tub/shower. The bathroom was extremely clean! There was a table with two chairs. The only drawback was hearing the traffic. It wasn't enough to keep us from recommending this motel.

Another Great Stay! It is always clean and very comfortable. We like that it is also walking distance to town. We love the pool and hot tub. The hot tub could be a little cooler so you can sit in it longer. We are a repeat customer.

My husband and I were celebrating our 25th and thought staying here in Wisconsin Dells would be fun. Reminded me of the motel I stayed at as a kid in 1984. After reading all of the great reviews, we thought we'd check it out, and now have to add our own great review. It was wonderful! Felt like a blast from the past but with all of the amenities of today. Reasonable price, as well. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. All of the areas were. The grounds were beautifully maintained with fun Halloween decor being added. It was evident that they took great pride in their property. Since the weather was very warm yet, the outdoor pool was still open and inviting. The indoor pool was wonderful, too. Everyone there was kind and respectful, and the service was terrific! The location was perfect for us being 4 blocks from the strip, real close to the action but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. It was nice and quiet and we slept well. It was comforting and convenient having our vehicle parked right outside our door. Felt quite nostalgic here and can't wait to return! Highly recommend Black Hawk Motel & Suites for all ages. There is something for everyone!
