We had a good time in cabin and walking along the lake with awesome view

The trail around the lake was not clean from fallen trees

I requested ground flr and it was confirmed, but was moved because of a pet. Because I had mobility issues and being a paying customer that booked early, it was hard for me to comprehend

Great location for a getaway.

The standard cabin was old. It was half renovated but mold in the shower. Floors were dirty when we checked in. Beds in bunk were old and needed replacement

Amenities and spaceousness of living areas

Toiletries could have been of better quality. We found the air very dry.

Comfortable rooms. No noise at night since almost no traffic there. Stars are amazing. Staff always welcoming both at the reception and the restaurants.

Forget about the Internet, WiFi is virtually not working (1 Mbps, can't load pages sometimes) and cell phone reception is non existent too except one corner near the restaurant. Cleanliness is very meh, the washroom was obviously not wiped and the swimming pool is visibly unclean.

We loved being close to the ski slopes and having pool across the building

The place need a lot of TLC. Electric outlet plate in the room was missing (huge safety hasard for families with kids), playroom is destroyed (pool balls are missing, there is only one tennis ball availabe for 2 tables, the bottom of the game "4 in the row) is falling off.
