Manning Park Resort

Staff were friendly and helpful. Access to ski resort is good, and not far. Swimming pool was nice.

The beds were like a trampoline, too bouncy. The pillows were uncomfortable, giving me neck pain. The heat in the room was too high and can not be turned down, so you have to open the window. The coffee machine was left moldy and was replaced by staff. The food in the restaurant is too greasy. The game room was not well maintained with a lot of things broken and left messy

The rec room needs improvement. The pool cues are all broken, one table has uneven surface. One Ping pong table is broken as well.

Emplacement idéal pour faire de la randonnée ou du ski ( quelques minutes en voiture). Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le restaurant et le bar sont agréables.

Les chambres ne sont pas bien isolées, nous pouvons entendre très facilement les voisins ou du bruit dans les couloirs. Le gros point noir était la piscine : les sols des vestiaires et autour de la piscine étaient très sales (terre, petits cailloux, cheveux, ....). Nous n'y sommes restés que quelques minutes et n'y sommes pas retournés.

Difficult to fill hot water boiler in room ( used bathtub spigot.)

Restaurant and pub provided excellent service, selection and value. Professional and very friendly staff in all areas. Room with two queen beds was large.

Swimming pool change room set up dated and awkward. Hot tub could have been hotter. Swim pool area overall was good.

Chalets are renovated and very nice.
