Best Western Huntsville Inn & Suites

Very convenient

Did not like bathtub was too slippery. Bed linen too bulky pillows too small

DO NOT BOOK! When we arrived to the property we immediately felt uneasy. The place looked very different from the pictures provided in the app. However we were tired and wanted to rest so we decided to check in. First the checked us in into room 133. When we opened the door, the room was NOT CLEAN! Towels and linens all over the floor trash and other stuff that we didn’t even look at. We closed the door and went to the front desk to complain, they were nice but called the cleaning lady in front of us and scolded her (not nice). Then they switched us rooms and gave us the room right next door 134, when we opened the door the room was invaded by flies, honestly like around 16 of them. We complained again and the cleaning lady came back with a towel to kill them! She explained that it was because there was trash all over and she was not exaggerating, we literally had a trash bag full in front on the door. We decided to leave and get another hotel to stay for the night. No way we where going to stay there. They didn’t want to reimburse us, but we created a complaint with Expedia and they are going to handle the reimbursement with the hotel.

Property just renovated. Very nice.

Noise level

People and place was great. They need better pillows!

The breakfast need to work ion it . Sunday they didn’t not have eggs, bread, bacon, juice, butter, milk

Nice hotel. People above me were noisey and hung their wet clothes on the railing to dry off then they blew in the parking lot.

Would not choose to stay here again. Not the worst place I’ve stayed but there’s better for comparable prices

Bed was comfortable. Would have liked better breakfast options and water available to drink with it.
