older motel, but clean and staff very friendly.

A/Cs didn't work well had to transfer rooms and was told the new room was same price and a refund wasnt going to happen. The office staff wasn't very professional and didn't really want to help. Shower head sucked and was rusty carpet was disgusting. For the amount of money i spent i expected better could have went somewhere else for better accommodations. Absolutely dissatisfied and will not ever be back to that location and may have my company not use Best Western ever again.

Noisy. Maintenance knocking on my door instead of the one he was supposed to. He wouldn’t answer when I ask who it was

The property is nice and clean I think the key to this place are the people . They helped us and took exceptional care of my family . Thank each and everyone at the property. They made us feel at home and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you again and when staying in Huntsville this is the best choice period.

My order was for a king bed room but when I checked in the host said hotels.com sent request for two queens. I showed her my confirmation but she did not provide what I ordered. When we entered the room I had to use the rest room so when washing my hands there were beard hairs in the sink. Very disappointed.

Jessica at the front desk was the most pleasant and helpful a person could ever ask for. The other's that work there, eh nothing special. Other than her, it's a hotel, it's nothing special, it's not disgusting or run down, it's not the best I've ever seen. It was quiet enough, clean enough, reasonably priced. If I'm ever back in town, I will stay there again no doubt

Stayed here a few years ago and it was the best. Great breakfast, drink nights, and clean. Now it was dirty, roaches, limited breakfast. Staff look unprofessional, and say sorry a lot.

The overall experience was awful for the price and the condition of te motel in general. It is a motel not an inn and suites.

I loved how quiet it was. How chill the location was. The breakfast was good. The sheets were comfy, the room was pretty spacious.. the only thing i did not enjoy was the toilet had a few things that were weird like it would leak from behind where you sit down.. and the A/C didnt feel like it was at 60.. it felt a little more like at 68 ot even 70.. other than that, loved my stay.

Everything was great except for the fan in the bathroom was so loud the upstairs room probably heard it. The room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and couch.
