Staff nice and friendly

Door jammed and i was not able to get out from 6-11 am. I called the office multiple times and no one answered. I had to knock on my window until someone finally saw me. I was EXTREMELY late to an appointment that i needed to reschedule

I won't stay here again. Broken tub; pillows size of throw pillows; uncomfortable bed; cigarette buds outside door Staff just watched as I tried to check in and out

Three things, I never had a warm shower. Two, my room smelled like curry. Three, travel as a woman on her own, the room had a suite door. I did not like that. I think the door was connrcted to management quarters because there were glow in the dark stars on the ceiling. The thing I hated the most was i had to go around a corner in a blind spot to get to my room. This was very uncomfortable due to late returns to and from the hospital.

Upon arrival, they did not have my reservations in the computer system that I had reserved through Hotels.com and then after booking a room on site, I have been charged for two nights stay twice. The front desk clerk upon arrival did not have 1 ounce of care that my reservation was not in the system and then she booked me another room even though I really did have a reservation. I had asked for downstairs due to hip mobility and a king size bed, and I got an upstairs room with two queens. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel.

Had a great experience.

Not enough towels for 3 people in the room. Two empty containers of creamer for coffee at the start of the breakfast hour.

King size bed but 4 of the smallest pillows I have ever seen. They were not even full standard pillows! The receptionist was kind but stated they had no other or extra pillows. Beyond that, it was a good stay.

Dead cockroach in the room, room was never cleaned when we came back at night. Called for a room cleaning and the staff was rude on the phone
