Sheraton Taoyuan Hotel

5 Stars, Exceptional Service and Staff! I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Taiwan, and I was truly impressed by the outstanding service from the entire team. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth and stress-free stay. One particular moment that stood out was when I needed help coordinating transportation for the high-speed train. Not only did they assist me with all the details, but one of the front desk staff even walked across to a 7-Eleven to personally pick up my ticket, a gesture that I deeply appreciated. A special thank you to Vivian Wen, whose dedication, kindness, and professionalism made a lasting impression. While I didn’t catch the names of the other helpful team members at the front desk, they were equally courteous and accommodating throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-notch hospitality in Taiwan!

Modern redesigned, immaculately clean hotel with self laundry on level 4 which was a big plus as had been travelling for some time. Unusual to see this at a Sheraton. Small Club Lounge on level 9 with very warm service and lovely light food options in evening. Located near airport, not much around the area but convenience stores across the road and gym / pool in hotel is sufficient. Special credit to the team at Club Lounge, particularly Aurelia who was very attentive and smiley - brightened up my day after a long flight and jet lag! Was also pleasantly surprised to get my room after arriving very early - as was expecting to wait till after midday. Excellent level of English for those who don’t speak local language - which can be an issue elsewhere in Taiwan at times. Noticed a strong sulphur smell in corridors which might be geothermal related but no issue in room itself. Great option for a short layover in Taipei if you need to break up a long trip to/from US.

Good customer service

We got in to the airport late at night so wanted to stay somewhere close. This hotel was nicer than the reviews I read. The room was clean and comfortable. They have free shuttles to the airport and to the high-speed train. The breakfast buffet is AMAZING. We didn't need to eat lunch at all! I would stay here again.

After a 13 hour flight, I was picked up by the hotel’s shuttle from the airport, a 10 minute drive had me at the hotel checking in. They operate regular shuttles between certain points in the area to help you get around which is great. The rooms are large, bathroom is also quite large. Word of caution. Use the shower mat provided for when you have a shower. The floor gets quite slippery when wet! There is a pool and fitness centre on site but I didn’t use either of these. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
