This is one of the worst Bonvoy hotels i have stayed in. The building from the outside looks like a old factory from 1950. There was no staff to help with the luggage when i arrived. Check in took a half an hour then i was given a small claustrophobic room. The halls have a bad smell. Per design no door to the toilet. The ac didn’t work only after complaining and four hours it worked. Nothing interesting around the hotel. Ordering this hotel was a mistake i will not do again. And they did not recognize my platinum status

Since it's a branded hotel so it was clean, nice.

Same issue, since i booked the room for 3 people, that means breakfast should be for 3 people but they provide us only 2 and charge us for additional 3rd one.

Superb breakfast. Various choices of food items.

Perfectly adequate Sheraton. The star of the show was the breakfast. Incredible variety. Very well done. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. I forgot my phone charger at my prior hotel and they loaned me one until I could buy one. The only reason I didn’t give the hotel a 5 bubble rating is because of the guest room lighting: the light switch system is challenging to navigate when (like all guests) you’re not familiar with the buttons and even more challenging in the dark. Bathroom lighting isnAWFUL. Made shaving difficult
