Sheraton Taoyuan Hotel

1/26入住一，因原先訂的房型是有浴缸，但進到房內發現沒有，打電話給櫃檯人員，櫃檯一直將問題推給第三方訂房平台，說不清楚他們是怎麼向客戶報價，一下說如果要有浴缸要加價，一下又說浴缸的房型目前沒空房。 接著櫃檯說向訂房組確認，隔了約10分鐘後回電，告知有空房可以幫我們換房，雖然有幫我們換房間，但櫃檯人員的一開始的處理態度令人相當不滿，明明房價就是有包含浴缸，卻還要我們加價更換別的房型，難道都不用先確認清楚客人的訂單內容嗎？ 結論早餐部分還不錯，泳池跟spa也不錯，但櫃檯人員專業度及服務欠佳，停車場環境也不符合”喜來登”的水準

We came in to celebrate 41 years anniversary and Teri lo at from desk offered additional help and support for our 2 nights stay! Teri did a wonderful job to make our stay with great memories! We highly recommend this hotel to all travelers!! From a Marriott lifetime titanium member!

I like everything.

Every thing bad. It is not a hotel but catering to backpackers.

I checked in after 10 p.m. When I entered the room, there were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or soap. Of course, I knew that these items are now often available at the reception desk. So I went back to the reception and said, "Please give two sets of toothbrush and paste," but the young person at the reception didn't understand English. He took out his smartphone and struggled desperately with a translation app. When he called over an older staff member, they quickly brought them over but said, "You must pay." So they were not free of charge. Upon returning to my room, I noticed there was no soap either. Reluctantly, I used the body soap from the shower booth as a substitute when washing my hands after using the toilet. What a wonderful Sheraton experience! I was completely unaware that Sheraton had ceased operating as a hotel and switched to catering to backpackers instead. They might assume that only transit guests will stay here anyway; however, they should remember that this hotel is damaging both Taiwan’s and Sheraton Group's reputation worldwide. By the way, only the price remains at Sheraton's standards. If they have switched from being a hotel to running a guesthouse instead, it would be better for them to adjust their prices accordingly too.

The location is not convenient.

離機場非常近，早餐選擇很多，不過大部分的味道中規中矩，沒有特別驚艷的

住宿日期是星期一,星期一和二沒有buffet比較可惜

Room service stop at 2-5pm which usually 5 starts hotel don’t do that. Executive lounge happy hours Food quality and quantity compare to all Marriott Group was far below average. However staff service was really good, always come with a smile. That’s great from the staff

Hotel is Sheraton and basic things okay.. clean rooms, a bit outdated, but comfortable. They have a nice spa (included in the price) with saunas, pool and whirlpools - a bit rough atmosphere though. But the issue with this hotel is very isolated location, no train/metro station nearby, you basically have to use taxi always.
