Sheraton Taoyuan Hotel

The hotel was nice, great food, friendly check in staff, and comfy beds. The breakfast was really nice with a ton of variety and as a elite benefit it was of great value. However, restaurant staff seemed tired and indifferent. Unfortunately because of timing, we didn't have the chance to enjoy the executive lounge's happy hour offerings, and there were no suite upgrade given for titanium elite due to lack of availability. I didnt really feel all that special because of my elite status from the hotel staff, nor did they do anything special because of our special occasion. However I would still recommend this hotel for travelers to stay in.

Stuff, breakfast, swimming pool

I was disappointed at the first look of my hotel room. The entrance door to the room looks dirty from our side. Then I had the same feeling in the room. I expected much more from Sheraton! Plus, even though I am a Marriot platinum member, I did not get member services!!! Why?

We stayed at this airport property twice in February. it is most convenient property from airport. The entire staff is commendable. Property is bit old, but it makes up for the best staff service. The b. Fast is plenty and with good choices. The area is not the very best but serves well for airport overnight stay. Vert helpful shuttle service and excellent driver. Would recommend .

レストランのビュッフェは最高です。 夜のディナーも朝のブレックファーストもとても種類豊富で美味しかったです。 アメニティが無いのが残念でした。 また、夜に誰かがドアを叩いて入ってこようとした恐怖体験をして本当に怖かったです。 スタッフさんはとても親切で良かったです。

Location was excellent-close to the airport and close to the HSR(high speed railway) station. And the gratis , free shuttle to and from the airport testifies highly of the Sheraton hotel. Breakfast became for us a Lucullus treat in itself. Chapeaux bas.

I could not figure out why I was not allowed to enter the swimming-pool area with slippers. I entered barefoot and it was kind of slippery. I did not feel quite safely.

The property was well maintained Breakfast was excellent. The courtesy shuttle to the airport was very punctual and convenient
