Bei offenem Fenster kann es von Samstag auf Sonntag schon Mal länger laut sein, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts und die Fenster sind sehr gut..

Perfekt läge mitt i den gamla delen av Riva del Garda. Fräscha och fina rum, bra städning Jättetrevlig och serviceinriktad personal alla kategorier. Bra frukost. Underbar takterrass.

Lite svårt med parkering men vi hittade en gratis kommunal parkering ca 1km bort.

I definitely recommend staying here. Rooms exactly like in the photos. The location was brilliant. The staff was great - always helpful, professional and smiling. The cleaning staff was very professional, quick and efficient. We were very satisfied with breakfast and the breakfast service. The croissants and the tiny donuts were amazing. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

The internet connection could be improved- there were moments when it was unstable. A kettle/coffee machine in the room would be nice. Also, there's room for improvement in terms of the pace of responding to the messages. Apart from that, the messages that the guest send via the Booking.com app should be forwarded to the reception, not to the office. I sent the hotel a message with some questions via app and I received a response AFTER 5 DAYS, on the day of my check-in, which said that I'd contacted the office and not the reception and that if I address the questions to the reception desk, they should be able to help me.
