The accommodation was described as a " cottage ". It was , in fact , a gatehouse with steps up to the room.. As my wife is recovering from a hip fracture , and uses a walking frame , this was a complete disappointment. As this was a 50th wedding anniversary surprise - we were sadly let down. The hotel should be more honest in their description of the accommodation.
