Quality Inn

The building and room were nice. Staff was courteous and professional. Water pressure is so low you can't take a decent shower.

Close to wildcat.Great for a couple nights. Grounds were gorgeous. Hotel is old but ok. staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable, towels were clean.

Room was very nasty I have pictures of you need them . I definitely would like to have a refund after I had to clean and Pine-Sol the room down . Unbelievable the room was supposed to be a non-smoking room it was totally smoking cigarette Burns everywhere even in the bed . The carpet was so nasty I put my socks on and they were black within 30 minutes of walking on the carpet . The bathroom was very nasty hair everywhere was not cleaned . The walls and ceiling are falling apart paint is falling off the walls the walls were very smoke damage with nicotine . I had to call three times to get the TV to work right with their remote because they decide to put this gadget on there that makes no sense . Yes I would like a refund that room was definitely not worth what I paid for .

Location had a good view but the pool chairs and seating was run down. Broken chairs and benches.

The carpet in the room needs upgrading. The mattress on the bed needs to be replaced, as the foot end is higher than the head end. Mattress is also worn out. The road up to the hotel needs lots of repair. Room was clean and neat. Staff was friendly.

Blood stains on shower curtain, dirty bathroom floors, filthy walls. Ceiling flaking from previous water damage in both rooms we rented.

We didn’t get to stay there because it was over booked. Late at night on spring break on the way home. I was charged and would like my money back please

Check in was very easy. Our room was ok except for blood on the wall in bathroom, and on stained comforter.

It was really good stay for us for one night. Nice room, comfy beds, clean toilet, decent breakfast and ample parking spaces.
