Quality Inn

For the price I was not expecting a fantastic hotel. Having a staff member attempt to enter my hotel room at 3am was very disturbing. I layed awake the rest of the morning.

This is a very nice hotel with great management. Rooms are clean and generally nice. The views are pretty good in the morning as well. Really great stop for anyone needing a place to rest their head.

Convenient location & pleasant staff

I'm totally confused by all the great reviews. The hotel itself is indeed updated but it's not cleaned. The outside was terrifying. My husband stayed up all night afraid someone was going to steal the car or break in. We had the only running car in the parking lot. There's a gas station in the parking lot that appears to have been abandoned years ago and graffiti all over. But it's in the country, not an urban area. Outside looks like ghetto but inside hotel is decent, just needs cleaning. Staff were friendly. Along with the other cars in the parking lot. There were several families there but i have no idea what they drove or if they just walked there. Fyi, the hotel is up a very steep hill. If you do not have 4wd do not stay here in the winter. Bed was comfortable but as others have said, there are stains on sheets. Toilet was broken and had cigarettes in it. There wasn't trash in room but surfaces weren't clean..soap dish was disgusting, years of dust and dirt hanging from vent fan in bathroom. . No inside lock on the door. It was broken off. Would not recommend this place until they clean up outside and inside. Sad. Had potential and great location off freeway.

The bathroom had hair and footprints. Shower was not clean had hair in it. Sink would not drain and had hair in it. Foul smell in room. Coffee stir, nose strip, plastic wrappers on floor.

The manager Christopher went above and beyond to help me when I got stranded. He was amazing!

The tradeoff for the convenient location is the road noise might be a little more noticeable than other places... our room was facing I75 so rooms on the far side may be better IF you are are a VERY light sleeper

Welcoming staff. Facilities were well lit, clean, and comfortable.

It was so loud I was up all night. It was dirty if smelled like dirty mop water. Their was Suspicious stains on the bed sheets and the minute my husband left a group of men were right outside my window and someone was rattling the door handle.

Nice room, comfortable beds, nice people and wonderful views.
