Coup de coeur pour la piscine débordante et son personnel, très professionnels et aux petits soins. Merci pour les mûres ...

Les chambres vue sur lac ne correspondent pas à la réalité, une vue partielle et des odeurs de cuisson très fortes et désagréables dans le balcon à l'arrivée provenant de la cuisine empêchant de jouir pleinement d'un cadre unique. Les chambres doivent en principe être au préalable vérifiées avant que le client n'arrive pour éviter toute mauvaise surprise. Le personnel de la réception étaient collaboratifs, le directeur et la responsable de réception manquent de professionalisme et tacte client. Après plusieurs échanges tendus, des alternatives de chambres en dessous de la catégorie initialement choisie ont été proposées nous les avons décliné. Le room service était complètement débordé, nous n'avons pas pu passer notre commande pour le dîner. Pas d'excuses de la part des responsables et aucun geste client pour combler les failles. Cet hôtel regorge de potentiel mais le management n'est pas à la hauteur d'un standing 5 étoiles, ce commentaire est surtout émis dans le but d'améliorer l'expérience client end to end et promouvoir le tourisme dans notre beau pays ...
