Le cadre est idéal pour ce ressourcer un endroit agréable en pleine nature

C’est Après un début désastreux une mauvaise fois de la part de la responsable Mounia de ma réservation qui me donner une chambre qui ressemble à une cellule de prison 4 mur enfermé qui nous propose une autre moyen en un supplément de 30 euros la nuit que j’ai refusé bien sûr puisque que j’avais réservé une chambre supérieure avec vue sur le lac . Elle me donner 1 chambre où on a passé une nuit blanche vue le bruit des moteur fixer sur le mur notre lit trembler la chambre numéro 917 le lendemain nous avons eu une chambre digne de se non une merveille numéro 001

The location of the resort is beautiful and definitely the highlight of the stay

The service and facilities need major improvement. The staff appears untrained, and service takes far too long. The buildings are old, poorly maintained, and not clean, with an issue of flies everywhere—including inside the restaurants, which made dining unpleasant and felt unhygienic. Additionally, the gym is in poor condition: the equipment doesn't work, and there is no functioning AC.
