Incredible hotel! The staff are extremely friendly. The staff at the pool bar are extremely kind and amicable. Ezequiel, Amelia and Amero (the manager) have looked after us, and made our experience absolutely amazing. You should definitely give them all a pay rise!! We come here every year and will definitely continue too!!

Just returned from a five night stay at the Anthelia with husband and three children (5,6&9). Location is perfect, lots of restaurants, bars, shops and walks all on your doorstep! Every staff member we encountered were helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Swift check in. The porter who took our bags to our room was brilliant and let the kids have a ride on the trolley which they loved. Big shout out to Miriam who served our drinks around the pool, great interaction with the kids and always so helpful and happy! We stayed b&b and enjoyed our breakfast every morning. I wouldn’t overly rate the food served around the pool area (it was just convenient for us with the children) and think this could be greatly improved for a 5 star. We ate out of an evening so can’t comment on the restaurants. Nice touch with the magic carpet out for the kids in the afternoon. Loved the water aerobics, mainly because it was nice to have some music and atmosphere around the main pool. Kids went to the kids club for the first time ever one morning, all staff were brilliant and great with the kids. Weather was gorgeous-hitting 30 degrees in November. The hotel did get quiet towards the end of half term, with mostly babies/toddlers and older couples. This was our first holiday that we didn’t go to the entertainment/kids disco. We did pop our heads in on the way back to our room one night, looked good fun with lots of little ones dancing but it was in a great big dark room and not where I would choose to spend my evening-especially with such gorgeous weather of an evening (no jackets were needed!). Small incident on the last day when a child had an accident in the main pool which was evacuated and sealed off for the remainder of the day whilst they had to clean and treat the pool. The manager did come round to explain the situation afterwards and let us know the pool would be closed but two of my children were left in the pool and not told to get out, it was my eldest who told me about the situation as she thought she had been told to come out but wasn’t sure. I had to go get them out myself not knowing what was going on. It wasn’t entirely clear as it’s not a packed out pool and sometimes you’d have it all to yourself so I’d not realised something was wrong. Not the hotels fault and unfortunately these things do happen but do think a swift evacuation of ALL individuals immediately is required. Our room was a connecting room which was perfect for us, the room never bothers me as we spend very little time there but had everything we needed. Chocolates on the pillows at night-the kids loved (although two nights we didn’t get these but I’m sure if we just asked they would’ve happily given us some!). Five nights was long enough for us personally, enough time to wind down and chill but I think any longer and I’d be ready for a change but that’s just personal preference. Would I return to this hotel, yes absolutely! Very relaxing stay, great service, staff and super location. Thank you all at Anthelia!!

We visited for 9 nights 5/10-14/10, best hotel we have ever stayed in, absolutely bliss, food, rooms and the pools are amazing especially the quiet heated pool, Loved it so much we have booked to return may 2026 but for 12 nights, location is perfect and the staff go above and beyond, 5* all the way

Best holiday ever. Miriam is the best bar lady! All the staff are super helpful. The food is great. The drinks are also amazing!

Excellent stay Check in smooth and efficient. Welcome drink was nice and great you can choose what you wish. Our duplex room was spacious and modern with lovely sea views. Bathrooms all well equipped with lots of amenities. Beds very comfy. Breakfast was something else. Probably the best we have ever had. So much choice and the quality was very high. The staff at breakfast were so efficient and hard working. Special mention to Alicia who ran after me through the hotel after I forgot my bag. We used the smaller pool which was lovely. The staff in the bar work very hard to meet all the guests needs. Sun beds do get reserved but no real rush by guests which is a nice change. The hotel is very clean and all areas well maintained. Location is excellent because of direct access to promenade. Would stay here for sure if in Costa Adeje again

If you have a straight forward booking with no issues during your stay, this is a perfectly acceptable hotel. The hospitality & room staff are really nice, there are copious sea views and there's always something nice you can find to eat at the buffet. If however, you need to make a change to your booking, have travel problems getting to the hotel (hence arriving late) or if you have maintenance issues in your room that are not during the working day, don't expect even a modicum of good will from the management or even basic customer service. Everything is geared to getting guests to spend as much money as possible. Even tap water at dinner is 3.5 euros per small bottle. According to the hotel web site if you request top ups of coffee or tea in your room then these are chargeable. I'm so glad we brought our own. In short, our precious family celebration was marred by a series of issues which were left unresolved by the hotel management. It would have been so nice if we'd all wanted to return next year. Sadly this is not going to happen

I love this hotel! I have visited many times and it still ticks so many boxes. Fantastic location with direct access onto the promenade, beautiful well kept gardens and great choice of rooms within the various buildings of the hotel. Regular and good variety of entertainment on offer in the hotel theatre. There was also a saxophonist playing poolside one day which was very pleasant. I stayed on a bed and breakfast basis as a friend was staying nearby so on this occasion we met up and ate out in local restaurants. I have stayed on a half board basis before and enjoyed the food very much. A huge variety to suit all tastes. I always have spa treatments when I stay here, they are wonderful! The hotel is fabulous but special mention to the staff who keep the wheels turning and work tirelessly to ensure that guests get the best experience. Thank you to all staff for a lovely week and see you the next time!

Fabulous food, beautiful pools and surroundings, excellent gym, and lovely staff. We really enjoyed and would recommend.

This was our 2nd time at the Anthelia and we had a great experience. On arrival we were offered refreshments and a wet towel to freshen up. Jordi introduced himself and we were immediately made welcome. We stayed again in Butterfly with a beautiful sea view looking onto the pool. We were pleased to see that since last year a door has been added to separate the bedroom area from the bathroom. The bed was so comfortable and huge and was pleased to see that it wasn't individual beds for once. The cleaners/maids were very efficient and friendly daily. The pool and surrounding areas are kept immaculate and we enjoyed the many seating areas dotted around the whole complex. The Zeus Restaurant had a varied choice of food, so there was something to suit everyone's dietary requirements. The waiters and waitresses are so friendly and having heard that it was my birthday, surprised me with a cake and candle and Aramburoo and Humbert sang happy birthday - I was very touched by this gesture so a special THANKS to both of them. And when I returned to my room there was another cake and candle waiting from the hotel staff which again just made my day so thank you very much to all. The staff at reception was very helpful in organising hire of a mobility scooter which allowed us to see a lot of the coastline. The entertainment in the evenings was excellent, especiall enjoyed the live shows in the Mall. We will definitely be booking for a 3rd time - can not wait!
