"One rude person "

The only issue we had was when we went to get breakfast the employee acted very rude while retrieving our name and room number. Then when we wasn’t on her list she said “ well your not on my list so it’s going to cost you $17.95 per person”.I showed her our booking itinerary. She then said” I have to check with the front desk”. All the while expressing an attitude as if we was doing something wrong. There was between 20-30 people present. She should have approached us in a different manner.

"Subpar for price."

Pool/spa is closed with no notice during booking. I understand this happens sometimes but usually hotels will notify you when booking. Room service not available (only Monday-Thursday) which is also not shown on the link with the room service menu. Was on hold for 5-10 minutes just to be told room service is not available. Hotel is clean and comfortable but not worth the price with these common amenities not available at this price; would’ve preferred just to stay at a cheaper place without these advertised amenities. My kid really liked the cookies though!

Check in was great. Dead bugs in toilet along with pink mold. Toilet broken but not discovered until into the night. Had to use lobby bathroom. Staff unwilling to assist due to 3rd party billing. Old run down rooms, used to be nice place. Asked for refund they said ask Hotels.com
