Tissues in bathroom were not refreshed. Complementary water was not provided.. Room had a musty odor. inaccurate billing charged for room service that was not used or ordered for any reason. With zero management available to help me with the billing issue because management is not available in until 2 PM.

We stayed there before we had to fly out of Dulles and it says they provide a shuttle bus to the airport but if you have an early flight you can’t get on shuttle bus till 6:00am. So we had to Uber to the airport which cost about $30 and when we were ready to be picked up from the airport the shuttle bus never came so we had to Uber back to the hotel. And parking your car at the hotel was cheaper than parking at the airport. Rooms were clean!

"Loved DoubleTree by Hilton Sterling-Dulles"

My husband and I stayed here in September 2024 with a "Reverse Park and Fly" package. This is the first time we stayed at this hotel and it is really nice. Kevin Kim, Director of Operations, was working the desk when we arrived to drop off our car. He was incredibly nice!! He was so helpful and so nice to talk with. I wish we could have seen him when we returned and stayed the night, but the person on the desk when we returned was also very nice. Loved the free cookies and water! There's also a small restaurant at the hotel where we had a snack when we stayed the night. The room was a good size, comfortable bed and very clean. We travel often to Paris and have tried other "Park and Fly" hotels in the area, but this one was by far the nicest. Thank you Kevin Kim! We hope to meet you again in the future. Doubletree is lucky to have you!!

"Lack of staffing"

Our room smelled musty, which can be somewhat normal for a hotel. The biggest complaint is the lack of service. Seems like they only had the minimum amount of employees, no one ever picked up the desk phone. Staff was friendly but not enough staff. Hot tub was out of order.
