Toilet would not flush when we arrived. Maintenance said they fixed the problem but did not. I had diagnosed the problem for them, (stuck float) and after a second attempt to fix the problem they managed to cause the supply line to the toilet to leak. Our stay was for 2 nights so we dealt with the hassle of adjusting the float after each flush. Side note: Language barrier between cleaning staff and guests.

We had a one night stay here and it wasn't good. The first room we were given smelled of smoke, so we requested another. The second room smelled strongly of curry. We didn't want to be difficult and figured curry was better than smoke, so we stayed put. Cookies were not ready until about an hour after check in time. We ate in the hotel restaurant around 4pm, only to be told dinner food was not available yet, so we just ordered some appetizers. We only ate there to use the dining credit that we get instead of free breakfast now and the food was awful. Crispy brussel sprouts saturated in oil - if I ate them I thought all that oil would make me sick. Ground beef in the burger had no flavor. To make matters worse, an 18% tip was automatically added for a party of 2. I've never heard of that. Since the restaurant was awful, we popped by the executive lounge to grab a snack and that was a literal joke. A container of pretzels and snack mix and some sodas in a cooler. That was it. No people in it at all because there was nothing for them to eat or drink that is worth anything. I've never seen an Executive Lounge so sad. As we were attending an event about an hour from home, rather than staying the night in the curry scented room, we just drove home. I wrote Hilton customer service and never received a reply from the hotel, so they obviously don't care either. I would not recommend staying here at all.

Great place. Super clean. My only gripe is the poor water pressure in the shower and the bath towels sized for toddlers. Took me forever to get the shampoo out of my long, thick hair. Otherwise, great experience.

Quiet and clean and decorated beautifully for the holidays. An easy check in process and fresh cookies available upon arrival.
