the concierge was great for my car rental. alberto was very helpful in helping me with car rentsls and ideas on new ateas to explore. He was instrumental in making this impromptu getaway an even better experience. I also appreciate the dive shop personal, they are wonderful!

Very pleasant place to stay. Service is very good. Elliott was very nice to help with archery and the entertainment area. Also, Alfredo was very informative regarding your programs.

We had a great time at the Iberostar! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Huge shout out to Rufino, definitely find him after you check in. He was so helpful and went above and beyond. He even went so far as to call a company for us that we were having trouble getting in touch with. Thank you for making our stay better Rufino. The grounds are beautiful on the resort. There is also a nice gym as well. Make sure you bring water shoes the beach is rocky at the shoreline to walk into the water.

My 2nd stay at this resort. 30 min taxi from the airport. Check in was quick and we were upgraded, given a lower level room with a better location. Room was comfortable. King bed. Spacious bathroom but showing its age unfortunately. Hammock on the balcony with 2 uncomfortable chairs. Maid service was excellent. Pool area is spacious, also a kids pool, towels available but I could only get 2. They will exchange them however. Lots of activities daily around the pool area. Pool bar staff were friendly, they had waitresses too. Drinks were fair, tipping appreciated of course. Beach is big, lots of loungers. Beach bar was average. Rocks along the shore but there is a dock you can use to enter the beautiful water and avoid the rocks. Many people were here to SCUBA as its close to the reef. Restaurants were average. Asian had a long wait, food was so so. Mexican was poor. Cold food that was returned to the kitchen. Staff was very busy due to large parties. Smokehouse/BBQ was the best. Food and service very good. Great salad and dessert bar. The buffet is the main building and served breakfast and dinner with theme food nights. Breakfast was usually good: lots of variety but there was an issue keeping the food warm. Omelet station, fresh fruit, wonderful bread baked daily. Of our 7 night stay we had the buffet 5 nights. Lunch is served buffet style near the pool in a large open air building. Good selection and 2 resident cats that enjoyed your leftovers. There were also hamburgers, hot dogs, fries etc beach side. Self serve. Usually good. Fresh fruit available too. Fries were fantastic, the tortilla chips were stale. The lobby area was comfortable with lots of seating and bar service. There is an overpriced gift shop ($40 for sunscreen) There is a tattoo parlour also, the artist was quite busy. This resort has amazing grounds. Lush plants and many animals! Parrots, flamingos, iguanas. Paths throughout the resort. Gifts/souvenirs available (reasonable) beach side. This resort is Iberostar, also part of IHG. They will want to offer you a membership seminar in exchange for a free massage. I declined.

Great resort nestled in nature! Nightly entertainment was top notch. We watched each show twice as we stayed for two weeks. Food was excellent, lots of choices at the buffet and three restaurants. I am celiac and chef Alfonso helped to show me what was gluten free each time. Hostess Mandy helped at restaurants. Big shout to activity staff: Azeal for teaching us archery, Elliot for showing us the penny drop game and Beatriz for her upbeat energy which made everything more fun! Only downside is no real snorkelling from beach. Best to take boat to reef. Overall excellent resort and would definitely come back

We have been to the Cozumel Iberostar multiple times and it never disappoints. We never spend much time in the room but it is always clean. No room is ever too far from anything. This was our first visit in February. The resort was crowded but still a lot of fun. There are definitely more activities when it is busy. The weather left a little to be desired as the seas were rough and the pier was closed several of the days we were there. I wish I had brought some warmer clothes for the evenings. The food was even better than previous trips. We received excellent customer service from Ramon and Christian, great bartending from Raymundo, Francisco and Alicia, received wonderful liquor and wine advice from Cesar, and had a great time at Archery with Azael.

Jesse, and the iberostar team was wonderful to us during our stay here rooms were clean, property was clean and beautiful. Hope to turn soon when the weather is warmer!

Absolutely beautiful place. Friendly staff, Jesse and Mario made sure that we had everything we needed, they were very knowledgeable and helped with any questions we had. They also followed up to make sure that we were satisfied with our stay.

Rufino is the best of the best concierge! He was so helpful in every way. Will definitely be looking for him when we come next year! Love him.
