New Olympic Motel

Curtains dont cover entire window .. passers by able to see in. AirCond missing parts and is positioned so you can only have it blowing straight down on you. Coffee xcups and bathroom benchtop not cleaned properly. NO REMOTE !!!for the TV. The buttons are all on the tv so you have to get out of bed to change channels volume or switch off. Wont be using that one again.

Cleanliness of the room was very disappointing as there was a head band on the floor the linen was stained and the bathroom tiles broken shower stall dirty and no cups or glasses in room and no batteries in tv remote.

Very comfortable bed. We have stayed here several times. Convenient location. Friendly staff.

There was no soap, shampoo or conditioner which most motels provide automatically

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, despite being a non-smoking room. Even the bedding smelled of cigarettes. The bathroom was dirty. It was mostly quiet except some loud shouting and swearing on one occasion from another guest at 3am.

I did not like how they tried to charge me for my room after I had already paid weeks in advance. The toilet ran constantly and the sink didn’t have a plug.

It wasn’t a 5 star stay but it was still comfortable, affordable, clean and easy.

The room was filthy. We couldn't sleep in the bed as the blankets were dirty. We had a family deluxe room with no hand towel, 1 bowl for breakfast. Not enough cutlery. Place smelt very damp. Noisy neighbours all night. Pretty sure drug addicts staying there.

Weird, rude, anal and just plain odd owners/managers is an understatement! If you don’t like the motel business Mr and Mrs Odd couple then get out of it! Cut your losses! You need to learn to allow your guests to have a relaxed stay. Apart from them both having a zero personality for customer service on any level, please be advised not to use the A/C with even the slightest crack of the front door open! Otherwise Mr Odd will pay you a visit and give you a lecture on wasting his electricity. Meanwhile Mrs Odd will be roaming the grounds looking for other guests for Mr Odd to lecture! We only wanted a little fresh air, as the room stunk like an old well used motel room in Hicksville. A word of warning! Please DO NOT EVER EVER STAY HERE no matter how cheap the rate! It’s 100% hideous!
