All the reservation process was fine and they show attention to myself as customer.

Great location, clean, and comfortable. Short walk from main train station. Very close to bus stops. Good breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Great location, friendly staff, clean, spacious, nice continental breakfast. A bit noisy give the center of town location.

Hotel is superb dirty found a receipt on bed as this is to approve that the bed was not clean from the stay of the previous guest.

Pros: Close to the lake, train station and lots of restaurants. Not so far from the old City. Good staff! Cons: The problem is that the walls of the hotel are too thin and no matter how low you use the volume of the TV or do your things your neighbor can listen to you. That is pretty annoying!

Geneva is expensive this hotel is OK like a family style but not a professional hotel.

super friendly reception. spotlessly clean. great location. generous breakfast (by swiss standards) the only problem is the walls are thin, and from the third floor, you can hear the conversations in the hallway and even from the reception area/kitchen in the morning.

This is not actually a hotel. It is an appartment block and the rooms are converted studio flats so finding your room involves a convoluted series of passageways. Fire safety? Breakfast is brought to your room because there is no dining area but I would recommend finding breakfast in a café. Slept badly as constant whistling sound from (?) lift shaft. The price is the same as for other hôtels in the area - it really shouldn't be. Maybe ok for students; not for families or people who need to perform well at meetings the next day.

I was given a room behind the reception, where it was unusually noisy. The staff took extra efforts to move me to a quieter floor, which was great. The rooms are very basic, but clean, and the bathrooms are tiny. Breakfast is quite nice and hearty. Recommend it but only the low price it offers.
