Centrally located. Walking distance from the main train station, lake and the boat stop. Room was clean. Like most European hotels, NO AC. But the hotel provided small table fans. The bathroom was tiny and you cannot move around without bumping in to something. Breakfast bas served in the hotel room since having a breakfast area requires space. Breakfast was OK (coffee, bread, croissant, fruit, yogurt). The staff was nice and courteous; they provided directions, time tables, where to go etc.

Pros: The location was excellent, 5 min walk to the train station and the old town. we got one large room, 2 days city pass and free Wifi plus okay breakfast in the room. Cons; not very clean, noisy ( I can hear the street noises). No air conditiin affected our sleep in a very hot summer.

Was within walking distance of the train station, shopping, restaurants and Lake Geneva. Very helpful staff. Good safety precautions.

We got in after the front desk folks had already left, but were able to find the keybox and get into the room. For what we paid, it was pretty good.

Good budget option, central location

Toilet had water stains in it and may not have been cleaned. There was a hair in the bathtub which may not have been cleaned. Walls between rooms are paper thin so limited privacy. We had to carry our suitcasss up a flight of winding stairs because there was no elevator between third and fourth floors. The host, who knew from check-in that we were leaving early in the morning for the airport, did not tell us the front desk would not be open for check-out at that time and the only employee available was serving breakfast and did not speak English.

Excellent location five minutes walk from the train station, five minutes walk from the lake. Plenty of nice restaurants around and easy access to shops. Friendly greeting from receptionist. The room was quite adequate for our needs but very basic (it would be easy and inexpensive to add a few nice homely touches). Mostly cleaned well but there was mound on the shower curtain and I had to clean a lot of hair from the hairdryer before I could use it. Comfortable bed and we slept well. Only one pillow each but that was easily rectified. Order breakfast on arrival which is delivered to your room at a specified time, orange juice, croissants, cereal, toast, eggs, yoghurt, fruit, quite enough. No tea or coffee making facilities which we were aware of before arrival but really missed. We paid £62 more than we had been quoted which seemed rather a lot. To summaries, a comfortable but definitely budget hotel with friendly staff in an excellent location, good for one or two nights
