the host was extremely kind, but the hotel was extremely expensive for what it offered. All IKEA furniture, blankets and overall the amenities were way below average.

Not what I expected. Walls and floors are very thin, not one night of full sleep due to disturbances from other guests. -I normally sleep very well so this is a negative. For some reason my breakfast the last two days had less and less food! That was very strange to me. Only one outlet in the room I could get to. I know it’s Europe but this is still 2017. Maybe time for some upgrades. The one outlet was on the opposite side of the room so if you use your phone for an alarm in the morning plan ahead and charge early or plan to wake everyone up.

We arrived a bit early and they were very accommodating. They room was exactly as pictured and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast included and delivered to your room!

it's a VERY budget option to stay Geneva and close to the train station and really nice people who work in the hotel. The breakfast is small but very good also. But the building is a dump and the rooms are tiny and obsolete. and really scary... so I would not stay in Geneva after all in this hotel.

Small hotel on the 3rd and 4th floor. Everything you need except no AC. Breakfast in the room and they give you free buses transport card.

Had a great stay from the moment we checked in. Easy to find. Great staff who gave us maps and recommendations of what to do in the area for the short time we were there. Rooms were just as shown in the pictures. Included a lovely breakfast delivered to our room at the time we requested. Would stay here again.

Amazing front desk staff! Welcomed us promptly and warmly, offered suggestions on local sights to see, and had a generally very friendly attitude. Room was clean and spacious; the furniture had character and style. Breakfast was timely and filling. Wonderful customer service. Would recommend to friends and family in the future.

I loved the hotel but it was dificult since they have a few steps before arriving to the lift.
