Our plans changed a couple of times and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Thwy made things easy for us which made for a very comfortabke stay.

" trip to Odessa "

When I arrived the check in person asked “why we came out to Odessa?” He explained that there was nothing to do here. There was no breakfast as the amenities stated. I did not expect that from the Hilton hotels. It was awful to have a room near the back where the car dealership is located. I awoke early to drums and music playing from the car dealership. Apparently after calling the front desk, nothing could be done. Lastly the hotel wasn’t busy yet we had to wait at the front desk to pay for items at the hotel store. No one was in the area meaning hotel staff to assist. This was not the stay we expected from the Hilton. The hotel was clean.

"Not my favorite HGI"

Employees were outstanding; friendly and helpful. I usually stay at HGI because they're consistently clean and comfortable. This one was not so much. My room smelled musty, there was a big stain on the carpet and overall it looked run down. The mattress was not as comfortable as others I have stayed at, and I think all HGIs are supposed to have the same ones. On the plus side, the shower pressure was decent and there were plenty of toiletries and towels.

The reason I gave a poor rating is because they charge for breakfast. This is a Hilton and they charge for breakfast. Come on. I Wil not stay here again.

ETH.VERYTHING WAS GOOD. THE EGGS COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER THE BAR WAS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A HAPPY HOUR WITH AT LEAST ONE FREE DRINK
