Great hotel, beautiful gym, NO FREE BREAKFAST. My company doesn’t cover breakfast so I’m to stay at a hotel that offers breakfast. So I didn’t eat breakfast and waited until lunch. I’m not going back to Hilton on a business trip.

"Just a few things"

All was good except, need more handicap parking in the back, the shower head was lose and ran everywhere. The bathroom fan was very loud.

"No mask requirements"

Stay nice, but masks were not required. People were walking around without them. Given the CDC recommendations the hotel staff failed to enforce. I was not happy with that.

The place was clean and comfortable. John at guest services is a gem, he goes above and beyond. This was a really good stay. The only negatives, the hot tub heater was broken.

We were there for the weekend. AC was not turned on, the room was really hot when we entered it and it took all day to cool it off. No housekeeping on weekends and no breakfast served on weekends.

"NO HOUSEKEEPING "

The Reason I am Giving them a Bad Rating is Because they Have NO housekeeping on the weekends. We Stayed Friday and Saturday night. Left Saturday Morning and Return Saturday evening. When we got back our room was never touched. I called the front Desk and was told that they do not provide Housekeeping on the Weekends. WHAT? In the Middle of a Pandemic and You dont Clean the rooms? Other then that it was a great Hotel and a great stay. But if I am going to pay full price I want My room cleaned and sanitized while im out.

The only thing i had a problem i had. The bed needs a bed protector. I am a head housekeeper and i think every bed needs that. Since of the covid 19. And be takin off and washed every time a guest leaves. But everything else. I love staying there. Thank you so much. Housekeepers you rock. Keep it up. ❤
