Hilton Garden Inn Odessa

It was close to a few restaurants, and Walmart, but the property was nice and quiet.

The hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were very clean.

It was nice, clean, comfy, the staff was great, the market in the lobby had very reasonable pricing so reasonable that it surprised me.

The A/C was subpar in the room. It took until late in the night to get the temperature anywhere near 70 degrees.

Nice dog friendly people. Helpful staff! Breakfast was great! The only thing I didn’t like way the mattress was too hard. Some people would like that!

We stay here every year when we drive to see our family. The staff is always super friendly, and the restaurant on premises is wonderful!

This location has a restaurant, something I looked forward after coming in after a long day out. The menu is small and long on heavy entrees. I thanked them and said I was looking for something lighter and smaller, and the chef asked if I would like a salad (I very much did.) Not only that, she asked me what ingredients I would like, offering some that are not normally on their normal "small side salad." She offered fried chicken cut up with it (thanks, no) and boiled eggs (yes, 2 please.) I was served a large and delicious custom salad, with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing, for a price that was much less than I was expecting. It was a kindness that I very much appreciated. Too, later, when I discovered the guest ice machines were not working, the front desk person gave me ice from the kitchen for my small travel cooler. Bottom line, the employees went above and beyond to provide service and comfort to this guest.

We weren’t even comfortable taking shower or bath there out tub was rusted out and stained.
