Budget Lodge Inn - Abilene

It was the wrong reservation. I searched Abilene Texas but it sent me to Abilene Kansas. When I immediately asked for a refund was told no. Wouldn't help me. I was trying to leave an abusive situation .

I got what i paid for. The only thing there is plenty of is air conditioning!! I woke up with icicles on my nose

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Very dirty/stinky. Outside unkempt. Inside horrific. Do not believe pictures. Bathroom filthy, towels scant worn. Only one holy dirty washcloth. Nothing for the floor to step on. Sheets dirty. Very small non-working tv. Onlt table had fridge and microwave crammed on it. 20 things plugged into one bad surge protector. Wiring looked dangerous. Curtains didn't close. Walls dirty. No controls for ac. Room smelled horrible of mold/mildew and old smoke. No ice on premises.

Front desk at least gave new room and clean sheets after housekeeping did poor job with cleaning some blankets and sheets

The property is a total dump!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!’

The floor was gritty and dirty. No hairdryer. No top sheet, just the comforter that had a burn hole in it. The outside building looks very run down. The guy at the front office was very nice and friendly.

There was poop smeared on the front of the toilet, didn't look like it had been cleaned. The toilet leaks between the tank and bowl every flush. At $50/night, still not a good stay

It was apparent that this property is under new management and efforts are being made to improve it. However, the sheets in our room were stained, the bedspread was old and worn, the curtains weren't attached properly. The wifi password was posted in the check in area. There is much to improve before we would recommend this property.

Didn’t stay, not sure if anyone worked there. Sketchy building went somewhere else. Can’t complain to much; I didn’t stay

Staff was absolutely amazing. Will definitely stay here again on our monthly trip
