"Not very clean"

The convenience on and off the freeway,close to amenities.

Multiple light switches, door knobs,and doors and dirty handprints on them. The mirror on the bathroom door was covered in Water and other splatters. The side of fridge was very dirty. All of the sinks faucets looked like they got a quick wipe down with a dirty rag. The furniture in the room has definitely been worn and needs a good cleaning!!! The plus side was the AC and convince of location!!

"Nice Place ! But our particular room was awful!! And we’ve used this hotel before!"

Convenient and very reasonable rates! I was born and raised right up the street so it’s very convenient for us!!

We stayed in room 124. I know the hotel is smoke free, but our room smelled like smoke! So someone prior to us had smoked in it! I did chat with the front desk about it and he acknowledged my displeasure! I’m a previous smoker, I quit 30 years ago! But the smell really bothered me and my wife! I wasn’t going to address this but when we arrived back home all our clothes and luggage now smell like smoke! So I’m not very happy and we’ve talked about it and feel we deserve some sort of compensation. Whether it be part or all of our money back or a like compensation!!

The breakfast was great! Many options, and different breakfast meals daily.

The water pressure wasn’t great, and the sink/shower drain was clogged and water would take a while to go down
