Small rooms ,bed not comfy ,

Location

No variety in breakfast. Room cleaning was inconsistent.

Overhead Desk lights don’t work, dishes were still in the dish washer and not put away. No toilet paper. Paid $130.00 for Sunday and Monday then charged $220.00 for Tuesday night. Never a consistent charge, only price gauging!

Faculty was nice and made things easy. Beds were so comfy. Loved the privacy.

Air conditioner was broken so it was blasting cold air. We put a blanket over to make it bearable. Light bulb in one of our lamps burst.. jump scared us but we weren’t hurt thank goodness.

When I arrived at midnight there were no rooms available even though I had a confirmation from the hotel.

understaffed. no one at the front desk when we arrived room was old and falling apart. furniture ripped and stained. silverware dirty, trash can not emptied, bath clogged. no body gel in bottle. I got up at 5 am to make coffee, coffee machine didn’t work awful

Hotel is run town down. Was give room that had recently been smoked in. Refused to re-assign room or transfer to another option. Ironic given their “smoke free policy”. Have stayed at many other Marriott properties in the area, all better than this one. Poorly trained staff and hotel management.

Free Breakfast. The food was good and cooked properly. The location to my friends and family was ideal.

The rooms could be maintained better.
