When we arrived, the entire hotel was under renovation and there was paint and supplies everywhere including the kitchen area that served breakfast . We then checked into our room to find a FILTHY space!! There were crumbs everywhere, the kitchen sink did not drain, the refrigerator was broken (so all of the food we purchased to stick the fridge for our stay was ruined, and the shower curtain was full of pink gunk and mold. Don’t even get me started on the huge booger we found on the sheets! We asked to move rooms but were told it was full and there were no other rooms available. We asked to move properties across the street but was told because there was no manager on duty there was nothing they could do. The next day, we attempted to again speak with a manager, oh the manager will not be in again. The assistant manager at least got the shower curtain changed out. But the kitchen sink remained clogged and the refrigerator broken. On our final day, the manager was still not on property but discounted the first night of our stay $40. Too little, too late!

Room smelled so bad we had to switch rooms, that room also smelled.

Gostei das camas, travesseiros do tamanho do quarto, da cozinha.

Não gostei da falta de espaço externo, para as crianças. o fogão antigo com grelhas de ferro tortas, e apenas 1 grelha (boca) funcionava. Micro-ondas não funcionava ( para o quarto selecionado)

The suite was not in the best condition

Good size rooms, excellent breakfast spread and amenities nearby.

Nothing.

Our room smelled like mildew. The breakfast didn’t have the eggs it was supposed to. The pillows were uncomfortable

Hotel is extremely dirty and not safe. Everything from the bed, floors, shower, kitchen area was disgustingly dirty. The floors and walls are so thin that you can hear everything and everyone around you. The pool has so much chlorine that your eyes stung. There also was a lot of transient traffic in and out of hotel, would not recommend staying in this hotel.
