Beds were brand new and comfortable.

Dishes in the dishwasher were dirty. The chemicals in the pool were way off. It turned my navy blue bathing suit into a light blue color, and it also tarnished my permanent bracelet. Its stated that the pool is a saltwater pool, but smelled so bad of chlorine.

Room was very nice!

The doors in the room didn't work well.

Beware - Liars!!! Do not recommend staying here. Booked for a weekend in March. The Friday of our reservation Door County was put under a blizzard warning with expected snowfall of over 2ft. Called hours before the reservation to ask for a reschedule of refund. Was told over the phone that they would reschedule and waive all fees associated. When we called Chase Travel to get this rescheduled, the hotel manager that Chase spoke to denied to reschedule and denied to refund the stay. Called again and was told the employee I spoke to about waiving the fees does not exist. Was then ghosted by the hotel for two weeks trying to figure out what was going on. We were not going to risk our lives to travel to Door County in a blizzard. Terrible management and communication between the staff and management. Was really looking forward to staying here but will no longer recommend this place to friends and family.

They have a huge hottub by the pool. The water was super hot. The pool water was a very comfortable temperature. The front desk gave us several suggestions for great restaurants. We ate at 2 they suggested and loved them both. It's great that they have a little store to buy wine, frozen pizzas and gifts.

Nothing
