Newport Resort

We stayed here before. We chose this location because we had good experiences in the past and we had a kitchen. Kitchen is a big plus because we are not always able to eat out. We took a trip to the Ridges in Baileys Harbor and we enjoyed it very much despite the cold weather.

The mattress was too firm for me.

Room was large enough and had everything we needed for our stay. Pool and hot tub were nice. We have stayed here in the past and thought it would be a nice getaway for a couple of days

There was remodeling construction going on right above our room. Extremely noisy from 8am until 5pm. It was hard to even relax with hammering and sawing and all of the loud construction noise. The hammering was so severe it knocked a ceiling cover down in the main bathroom.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was great to have a full kitchen and a separate bedroom. Having a fireplace was also a bonus.

Grounds were well salted and plowed.

Cleanliness in the room. Towels seemed old and stained. Kids running in the halls.

The room was great. We loved the gas fireplace. The pool and hot tub were big and heated.

Maybe they could have one hour a day of adult only swim. We were there for a romantic getaway for our anniversary and the pool on the weekend was full of kids bringing in snow from outside. Kids just playing but one hour of adult only would be nice.
