GOOD - full use kitchen which is nice when u want to stay in and relax. Fireplace. Big room. Whirlpool tub. Heaters in each room so everyone is happy. Multiple TVs again for everyone. The young man working Friday late afternoon. The nice lady that checked us out today. BAD- rest of staff who don’t care and don’t help with issues. The beds. Walls and top of fridge dirty. Whirlpool tub jets definitely need some serious cleaning. Not sure what the dark black spots in grout are but concerned. Absolute biggest issue handicap parking. Asked the night we checked in and told out front. Next morning discovered handicapped parking is only marked on ground half covered in snow and ice so anyone parked there. Asked if something could be done and was informed cops don’t help it’s private property and in past asked people to move but doesn’t work so really nothing staff could do. First we discovered at far end u actually have an upright sign for all to see. And it’s ur private property cops can ticket. Based on majority of staff and especially handicapped parking issues we probably won’t be back. Didn’t feel heard at all. It’s winter my son is in a wheelchair and it’s not something that needs attention so we will move on to another hotel/resort.

The location is great. The indoor pool and hot-tub is nice. On new years eve, the staff dropped off champagne, cheese and sausage platter.

The room, south 232 was horrible and completely outdated. The dresser drawers were broken, mold around the shower, caulk was caked around the jet tub, the painted walls looked disgusting, and our white sheet had big yellow stains on it. For the price, I would not recommend!

You can adjust the heat in each room. You could cook your own meals.

Handicapped parking was not properly marked, making it difficult to enter and exit the facility.

Location and the rooms

You should be better control the use of alcohol in the swimming pool- there are children and it seriously decrease the quality of the stay. If we had to stay with our kids the score would have been of 5 at best
