"Great cute hotel"

We had a great stay in this hotel for the New Year’s Eve. Rooms were beautiful and clean and staff very friendly. Great breakfast. Loved accesories for hot drinks in our rooms and little treats.

"A pleasant surprise"

Bournemouth was a surprise - an English version of Nice. Hotel was great with plenty of parking and close to a great restaurant. Staff were wonderful

"Severely dissatisfied "

Severely dissatisfied. Hotel was freezing during the night (it was November) and there was no hot water in the morning. The unhelpful receptionist (Harpreet) said it was due to the central heating timer being set wrong. I can only presume there are two heating systems, as a fellow guest was complaining on check out that their room was boiling hot all night and they couldn’t turn the radiator down to regulate the heat. When we complained about the hot water, we were told to wait 15 minutes for it to heat up. We waited over 30 minutes and still only tepid water came out of the hot tap. We complained again and was told the hotel owner would be contacted. No contact was made during the next 30mins. On check out I requested a full refund for being cold during the night and unable to shower the following morning due to no hot water. Harpreet offered 20% off the room rate, which for me was unacceptable. I complained to Hotels.Com and they arranged a much more suitable recompense. Breakfast was average, at best. Being balanced, the positives were cleanliness, high quality bedding and comfortable pillows / mattress
