We were welcomed when we arrived rather late by the hostess and showed to our room. While the bed was small, it was comfortable and the room was clean. The shower handle was a bit off, and it had difficulty staying in place. Breakfast could use some improvement as there are few options. The coffee and the hot choc were lukewarm and bland. Other than that, it is a lovely town.

My husband, 15 year old daughter and I spent one night in Gordes as we travelled around the Luberon. The village is quiet and beautiful and Isabelle was a fantastic host. She called before our arrival to tell us that there was no restaurant available on Sunday or Monday - in the entire town - and then offered to make us something later that evening as we checked in. The room was great - we had the one with the loft that was perfect for the three of us, giving us enough space, yet we were all able to share one room. Outside our room was a large sitting area that was available as well. The breakfast area and the terrace was lovely as we sipped an afternoon beer in the sun. We walked throughout the sleepy village enjoying the relaxed and quiet streets. A lovely visit, we will plan on staying longer next time!

My wife, adult daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Le Crillon. The medieval construction is very appealing and the hotel, cafe and bar are tastefully decorated. Isabelle was very hospitable and provided a tasty breakfast ( E11 each - not cheap though) and good conversation. Our room was slightly disappointing. We understand that there were 3 in our party which complicates things however the room was quite small and our daughter was allocated the loft which is usually and appropriately used for younger children (cute pictures, teddy bears etc). The small bathroom/shower had no door so I had to step outside when our daughter showered. Due to the hotel having no other guests at the time, I secretly popped my head into a few other rooms. These suites looked lovely with much more space and very appealing decoration. Having read other reviews, the cook must be a very sick individual as she was unwell for our stay as well. We drove to another local village for dinner which was nice but rather inconvenient.

great place to eat or just have coffee, very romantic , not only for history lovers. We stopped by on the way to Gordes for coffee but it was very nice to visit, the town is also beautiful. We were not hotel guests so we parked in cca 5 minutes walking distance- the town is quite small so it was not a problem to walk.

Nestled in the little village of Murs, the Crillon Hotel is simply the ONLY hotel to stay if you happen to visit this gorgeous land of Luberon... From the entrance of the hotel, in the cosy little bistrot, you are taken back in time, back to Pagnol's novels, back to a time where things were simpler and happier. The rooms are pretty spacious and well furnished with comfortable bedding and linen. The owner Isabelle is a true master in hospitality and made sure that our group of seven guests were perfectly taken care of. Merci Isabelle! we will be back... It smells Provence, genuine hospitality and true "joie de vivre" in Crillon Hotel, Thank you for this walk in memory lane!!

The restaurant has shot down in quality. We were basically served a bowl of grease. The owner realised this, saw how disappointed we were, and yet didn't even offer the cheap wine we had to go with the dinner. The room was clean, but bed simply appalling. Truely uncomfortable. The owners have changed, and I can no longer recommend this place in any way.

A very quaint boutique hotel not far from Roussillon. The village is small and the sidewalks toll up at 2100 but the staff adn service was great. The attached restaurant is not rated but it the food was a good as any we had in even rated restaurants. I little off the beaten path but well worth the diversion.

Rooms large enough and quiet customers. The only issue is the neighbor's dog barking at 7am... A bit early while on holidays, a good way not to miss the great breakie served in an old fashioned decorated bar. Missed the dinner as chef was sick, hotel owner did gently inform us. Good start point to visit Lubéron. Parking is not part of hotel but anywhere in the village, this can be an issue if you've got a packed car, although the location doesn't seem "unsafe" for personal items. Recommended

HOTEL : + Grande chambre avec une jolie décoration dans un village charmant éloigné du flux touristique de Gordes ville voisine. - mais mal insonorisée au niveau des portes où l'on entend tout du couloir - Un escalier très raide, aucune aide proposée pour monter les bagages - salle de bain non nettoyée au cours du séjour RESTAURANT ++ Félicitations au chef qui seul prépare un menu de qualité gastronomique pour toute la salle. Grande réussite culinaire ! - le service manque de chaleur Petit déjeuner : - viennoiseries pas fraîches, confitures industrielles, manque de produits locaux, peu copieux pour 11 euros
