A great pitstop for our family before heading into Tokyo. After a long flight, it was such a relief to have somewhere comfortable, clean, and easy to settle into nearby the airport. The rooms suited our family of four well, and the staff were friendly and helpful from check-in onwards. Exactly what we needed to reset before diving into the rest of our Japan trip. Would happily stay again on the way through. Recommended for families looking for a convenient and stress-free stop near Narita.
