"Great, easy place to stay to fly out of or into Narita"

There was a free shuttle bus to the airport, the nearest station and the Aeon Mall nearby which was great for some last minute shopping. A family mart also in the hotel. Comfortably fit our family of 5

"We will definitely be back"

Everything we needed was directly in the hotel.

The AC wasn't working properly. We mentioned the issue with the front desk, when we arrived back to the room that night, we were met with a note stating that there was an issue with the unit and a fan was left in the room.
